- What parents say about Roy's Magic Camp -

Camp is something Matthew looks forward to every year.  The time flies by, he learns new skills, and performs in front of people.  He comes out of camp a more mature little boy each year. I think he’s looking forward to being a counselor-in-training next year.

Would you like to build self-confidence and self-esteem in your child?

Does your child like to do MAGIC?

Roy's Magic Camp will help your child build self-confidence and self-esteem by teaching beginners simple magic tricks that they can do, plus juggling, puppets, balloon sculpture and more, at our newest and most exciting class for elementary-aged children!

Your child will life of the party, and soon be performing their own magic shows for family and friends.

We have both beginning and intermediate classes. So, if your child is already doing magic, the intermediate sessions will teach them how to present their magic to an audience, how to add music and costumes and many of the REAL secrets of performance.

Camp Director, Roy Porfido, is a full-time professional magician whose specialty is education. You have probably seen him at your school, on local television and at other San Francisco Bay Area events.

You may have seen Roy interviewed by Mark Pitta (a former magic student of Roy's) on Mornings on 2 or read about Magic Camp in either the San Francisco Chronicle or Bay Area Parent magazine.

Now, for the first time, Roy reveals some of the secrets that helped him become a successful magician.

Two sessions to choose from.

Due to space limitations, each session is limited to just 15 campers:

For campers ages 7 to 12. Camp meets Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Tuition investment is just $425 $395 for the week. Camp tuition includes Magic Camp T-Shirt , two snacks a day and ALL props and supplies.

While the campers believe this is a fun camp experience, they are really learning life skills, consideration to others, building self confidence and learning how to help others.
